Customers in the United States may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:
Unused & Undamaged: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition.
Original Packaging: All packaging, manuals, accessories, and free gifts must be included.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order confirmation, or order number is required.
Products returned in any condition other than “like-new” may be refused or may incur deductions.
To initiate a return within 14 days of delivery:
