This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through primekitchennest.com, operated by Luvlie Marketing Group LLC dba Prime Kitchen Nest (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By purchasing from our Website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

3. Return Eligibility

Customers in the United States may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

3.1 Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • Unused & Undamaged: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition.

  • Original Packaging: All packaging, manuals, accessories, and free gifts must be included.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order confirmation, or order number is required.

Products returned in any condition other than “like-new” may be refused or may incur deductions.


4. Return Process

4.1 Initiate a Return

To initiate a return within 14 days of delivery:

  1. Contact Customer Service via email or phone.

  2. Provide your name, order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide:

    • A Return Authorization

    • Instructions

    • A prepaid or customer-paid label depending on the reason

4.2 Prepare Your Return

  • Use original packaging if possible.

  • Include all manuals, accessories, hardware, and extras.

  • Include your RMA form and documentation.

  • Affix the provided return label securely to the package.

4.3 Ship Your Return

  • Ship the item within 7 days of receiving return authorization.

  • Use the carrier specified by the label.

  • Use a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Customer pays return shipping for:

    • Change of mind

    • Buyer’s remorse

    • Incorrect purchase

  • Prime Kitchen Nest pays return shipping for:

    • Defective items

    • Damaged items

    • Incorrect items received

Outbound/original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.


6. Specific Return & Refund Conditions

6.1 Change of Mind

Eligible within 14 days.
Refund issued to the original payment method.
Restocking Fee: (Optional – if you want one, I can add it. Currently omitted.)

6.2 Defective or Damaged Items

Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Required:

  • Photos/videos

  • Description of the issue

We will provide:

  • Replacement

  • Refund

  • Prepaid return label

6.3 Incorrect Product

If you receive the wrong item, notify us immediately.

We will:

  • Cover return shipping

  • Send the correct item

6.4 Lost or Missing Orders

If your item does not arrive:

  • Contact us after the estimated delivery window

  • We will investigate with the carrier

  • If confirmed lost, we’ll replace or refund your order

6.5 Order Cancellation

Refunds are issued after the item is:

  • Inspected

  • Approved

Refunds may be reduced if:

  • Packaging is missing

  • Item shows wear

  • Item is damaged by customer

  • Accessories are missing

8.2 Refund Method & Timeline

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing Time:

  • Prime Kitchen Nest: 2–5 business days to process

  • Your bank/credit card: 7–14 days to post

8.3 Partial Refunds

May apply to:

  • Items returned after 14 days

  • Items not in original condition

  • Items missing parts


9. Exchanges

We will replace defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • For defective/damaged/incorrect: We pay shipping

  • For preference-based exchanges: Customer pays shipping

10. Freight / LTL Delivery Items (High-Ticket Products)

Some kitchen and home products may ship via freight carriers.

Customers must inspect the delivery at the time of arrival.
If damage is visible, you must:

  • Notate the damage on the delivery receipt

  • Take photos

  • Refuse the shipment if damage is severe

Failure to document damage may void your ability to claim a replacement.


11. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

If an issue arises, contact us first. Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed with your bank and may delay resolution.


12. Warranty Information

Some products may include manufacturer warranties.
Prime Kitchen Nest does not provide additional warranties unless stated.
