1. How long does order processing take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Large or high-ticket items may require 3–5 business days.
Custom/specialty items, if applicable, may take 5–10 business days.
2. How long does shipping take?
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Freight / LTL Shipping: 7–14 business days
Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with:

✔ Carrier name
✔ Live tracking link
Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear.
5. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
6. What if my package is delayed?
Carrier delays are outside our control.
However, if your package seems unusually delayed, contact us and we will help investigate.
7. What should I do if my package says “Delivered,” but I don’t have it?
Please try the following:

Look around porches, mailrooms, and side doors

Wait 24–48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages early

8. How do freight or oversized items get delivered?
Large kitchen/home products may arrive by Freight/LTL delivery.
You will receive:

You must inspect the item before signing.
9. What if my freight order arrives damaged?

1. What is your return window?
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
2. What items can I return?
Eligible items must be:

✔ Undamaged
✔ In original packaging
✔ With all accessories and manuals included
You must also provide proof of purchase.
3. What items are non-returnable?
We cannot accept returns on:

4. How do I start a return?

5. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping depends on the reason:

Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable (except for our error).
6. How long do I have to ship the return?
Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your approval and return label.
7. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Your bank or card provider may take 7–14 days to post the refund
Refunds go back to the original payment method.
8. Can I exchange an item?

9. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us if your order doesn’t arrive by the expected delivery timeframe.
We will investigate with the carrier.
If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
11. Do you charge a restocking fee?
At the moment, no, we do not charge a restocking fee.
(If you ever want to add one for high-ticket returns, I can include that.)
12. How do refunds work with Klarna, Shop Pay Installments, or Afterpay?
If you used an installment service:
