We process and fulfill orders Monday–Saturday (excluding holidays).
Standard Items: 1–3 business days
Large/Heavy Items: 3–5 business days
Custom Items (if applicable): 5–10 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with:

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier system.
We cannot ship to:
P.O. Boxes for oversized or freight items
APO/FPO/DPO addresses for heavy items
Certain remote locations
If your address is invalid or unsupported, our team will contact you before shipping.
If a delivery attempt is missed:
Carriers may leave a notice
You may need to schedule a redelivery
You may need to pick up from a carrier facility
If an order is returned to us due to:
Incorrect address
Unclaimed package
Missed delivery attempts
You may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If the address is incorrect:
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded until returned by the carrier
Reshipping fees may apply
We will assist in filing a claim, but carrier decisions are final.
A package is considered lost after:
7 business days from expected delivery (domestic)
If lost, we will:
File a claim with the carrier
Issue a replacement or refund once confirmed lost
If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing:
Check with neighbors, building staff, or household members
Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes mark early)
Contact the carrier
If still missing, we may require:
A theft affidavit
A police report (for high-ticket items)
Replacements are reviewed case-by-case.
Delays caused by the carrier are outside our control and are not refundable.
For certain products, freight delivery may apply.
The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
You must be home to inspect and sign for the shipment.
You must inspect the shipment before signing:
Check for visible damage
Take photos of damage
Make notes on the delivery receipt
You must:
Reject the shipment, OR
Note the damage clearly on the bill of lading
Failure to document damage at delivery may void your ability to claim a replacement.
If you miss the scheduled delivery appointment:
The carrier may charge a redelivery fee
These fees are the customer’s responsibility
Sales tax will be collected where required by law.

Once an item is handed to the carrier:
Risk of loss transfers to the customer
Prime Kitchen Nest is not responsible for carrier delays, lost items, or theft
