This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are shipped from Prime Kitchen Nest, operated by Luvlie Marketing Group LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By placing an order on primekitchennest.com, you agree to the terms below.

2. Order Processing Times

We process and fulfill orders Monday–Saturday (excluding holidays).

2.1 Standard Processing Time

  • Standard Items: 1–3 business days

  • Large/Heavy Items: 3–5 business days

  • Custom Items (if applicable): 5–10 business days

If there are delays, we will notify you by email.

2.2 Order Verification

For security reasons, all orders may be subject to verification:

  • Address confirmation

  • Payment verification

  • Fraud screening

Orders requiring verification may take additional time.


3. Shipping Locations

3.1 Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship to all U.S. states, including:

  • Mainland USA

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

(Some exclusions may apply for freight or oversized items.)

3.2 International Shipping

International shipping is not currently offered, but may be added in the future.


4. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • LTL / Freight Carriers for large items

The shipping method is determined based on item size, weight, and destination.


5. Shipping Costs

5.1 Standard Products

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight

  • Dimensions

  • Delivery location

  • Carrier selection

5.2 Free Shipping Promotions

If offered, free shipping applies only to eligible items and destinations as stated in the promotion.

5.3 Oversized / Heavy Items

Large or high-ticket kitchen and home items may require:

  • Additional handling fees

  • Freight shipping

  • Pallet delivery

Costs will be displayed at checkout before payment.


6. Delivery Time Estimates

The estimated delivery timeframe begins after order processing.

Estimated Delivery Windows

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Freight Shipping: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather

  • Holidays

  • High demand seasons

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.


7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • Live tracking link

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier system.


8. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes for oversized or freight items

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses for heavy items

  • Certain remote locations

If your address is invalid or unsupported, our team will contact you before shipping.


9. Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed:

  • Carriers may leave a notice

  • You may need to schedule a redelivery

  • You may need to pick up from a carrier facility

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unclaimed package

  • Missed delivery attempts

You may be responsible for additional shipping fees.


10. Shipping Errors

10.1 Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If the address is incorrect:

  • Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded until returned by the carrier

  • Reshipping fees may apply

10.2 Delivery to Wrong Address by Carrier

We will assist in filing a claim, but carrier decisions are final.


11. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

11.1 Lost Packages

A package is considered lost after:

  • 7 business days from expected delivery (domestic)

If lost, we will:

  • File a claim with the carrier

  • Issue a replacement or refund once confirmed lost

11.2 Stolen Packages (Marked “Delivered,” But Not Received)

If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing:

  • Check with neighbors, building staff, or household members

  • Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes mark early)

  • Contact the carrier

If still missing, we may require:

  • A theft affidavit

  • A police report (for high-ticket items)

Replacements are reviewed case-by-case.

11.3 Carrier Delays

Delays caused by the carrier are outside our control and are not refundable.


12. Freight / LTL Shipping (High-Ticket or Heavy Products)

For certain products, freight delivery may apply.

12.1 Delivery Appointment Required

The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
You must be home to inspect and sign for the shipment.

12.2 Inspection at Delivery (Important!)

You must inspect the shipment before signing:

  • Check for visible damage

  • Take photos of damage

  • Make notes on the delivery receipt

12.3 If Damage Is Found

You must:

  • Reject the shipment, OR

  • Note the damage clearly on the bill of lading

Failure to document damage at delivery may void your ability to claim a replacement.

12.4 Redelivery Fees

If you miss the scheduled delivery appointment:

  • The carrier may charge a redelivery fee

  • These fees are the customer’s responsibility


13. Customs, Duties & Taxes

13.1 Domestic Orders

Sales tax will be collected where required by law.

13.2 International Orders

(Not currently offered.)
Once available, international customers will be responsible for:

  • Duties

  • Import taxes

  • Customs clearance fees


14. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos

  • Video (if applicable)

  • Description of the issue

We will:

  • Replace the item

  • Issue a refund

  • Cover return or reshipment shipping


15. Liability & Risk of Loss

Once an item is handed to the carrier:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer

  • Prime Kitchen Nest is not responsible for carrier delays, lost items, or theft

This does not affect your rights under our Return & Refund Policy.


16. Policy Updates

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
